This recipe is one of the simplest I know! I know that everything seasoning from Trader Joe’s is a staple in everyone’s kitchen these days, and it’s a great way to have pan-fried potatoes with a fun classic flavor without all the unhealthy stuff. It’s a recipe that you can eat every night!

4 Potatoes, cut into 1/4 inch slices

3 TBSP Extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil

1 TBSP Everything seasoning

  1. In a bowl, toss the sliced potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat a large sauté pan on high with 2 TBSP of oil until the potato makes the oil bubble.
  3. Line the pan in an even layer to cook each side of the potatoes until golden brown. If you have to do several batches, that is okay, my pans aren’t big enough for how many potatoes I can eat!
  4. Pile on the potatoes and season with everything seasoning in layers on a plate, so each potato slice has some.
